Home Features

Valencia Bay is a luxury 55 and over community comprised of 582 Mediterranean-inspired single-family homes.   Homes were constructed between 2016 and 2021 along a series of lakes for stunning water views.  These spacious homes range from 2,605 to 4,390 total SqFt with two to four bedrooms.  Common home features include large open-concept gourmet kitchens, open and airy living rooms with volume ceilings and sliders to the patio, and primary suites with expansive walk-in closets, soaking tubs, and double sinks.  The covered patios, many of which are screen-enclosed, are perfect for entertaining with ample space for a BBQ or summer kitchen.

HOA Details

This pet-friendly community does not impose a weight limit for dogs, but "aggressive breeds" are prohibited.  The Association reserves the right to limit the number of pets per household, but a number limit is not expressed in the rules & regulations.  Some homes do not have fenced backyards, but owners are allowed to build a 5' aluminum rail fence with the Association's approval.  Leasing is allowed once per year for a minimum term of 7 months.  The HOA dues are $670 per month which covers landscaping, exterior painting, and roof cleaning for low-maintenance living.  The maintenance dues also cover cable, internet, alarm monitoring, 24-hour security gates, and recreational facilities.
