Indian Spring is a 55 and over community in Boynton Beach, FL. The grounds are a tropical oasis with 800 acres of pristine golf courses, sparkling lakes, and perfectly manicured landscaping. There are 24 micro-communities within Indian Spring with a total of 1,917 residences. While Indian Spring is the master association, each community is also governed by its own sub-association with varying dues and specific rules and regulations. There are a variety of property types in the community including condos, townhouses, attached villas, patio homes, and single-family houses that range from affordable cozy dwellings to luxurious estate homes. Prices vary widely in Indian Spring. Currently, there are condos listed as low as $225k and single-family homes listed up to $799,000.
Low Maintenance Living
Indian Spring offers low-maintenance living in a pristine community with top-notch security. Residents enjoy peace of mind with a manned security gate and a roving 24-hour security patrol. The Indian Spring Master Association provides cable, security, and trash removal. The sub-associations offer additional services with some sections painting the exterior of homes and pressure washing roofs and driveways to ensure consistent curb appeal. Most sections also include lawn care, landscaping, and sprinkler maintenance. Indian Spring Pet Restrictions
Pet restrictions vary throughout Indian Spring. Most sections allow two pets with a weight limit between 20 and 45 pounds. The Estates, Stonybrook, and Laurelwood allow large dogs. While Fairway Park is a pet-free community. Some sections offer fenced yards or courtyards, but sections that don’t usually provide an enclosed lanai for pets to stretch their legs and soak up some Florida sunshine. There are trails that wind through the community that are ideal for long dog walks with breathtaking views. Dogs must remain on a leash when walking the Indian Spring grounds. However, there are a number of dog parks in the area where residents can take their fur babies to run off-leash.

Memberships to the Indian Spring Country Club include your spouse and children under the age of 26. There is a one-time initiation fee and monthly dues that vary by membership type. You do not have to live in Indian Springs in order to join the country club. Executive memberships are available for ages 46-55. Junior Executive memberships are available for ages 45 and under.
