Each building also comes with its own shared laundry facilities. Units range from 756 to 930sqft, with 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans available. The land is owned by Virginian Apartments of Pompano Beach, Inc., which provides maintenance, parking for two vehicles (1 assigned, 1 guest), and a series of amenities including a clubhouse, cardroom, shuffleboard, and heated community pool. The community only allows passenger vehicles, and small birds/fish to be kept as pets. Please note that the co-op only accepts cash offers. Residents enjoy golf/tennis at the nearby Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course, grocery shopping across the street, and I-95 is around the corner.
