The Villas at Mangrove Bay is a 55+ community in Jupiter, made up of 13 attached villa buildings. Constructed in the early 2000s, there are 26 homes in total. The community aims to offer resort-style living alongside the serenity of riverside nature. Buildings are a contemporary Mediterranean style, and feature front porches, attached garages, and screened back patios. Inside, homes range from 1,330 to 1,598sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 to 2.5 bathrooms, eat-in kitchens, in-unit laundry, and lush garden views. The community is managed by The Villas at Mangrove Bay Condominium Association, Inc., which provides security, lawn care, exterior/roof maintenance, trash removal, and more. The association allows one small dog, and leasing after two years of ownership. Non-passenger vehicles are permitted if stored entirely within garages. The Villas are situated next to a river and multiple luxury yacht clubs and marinas. Residents enjoy walking alongside the river, and watching the boats through the mangrove trees.
