Village Walk is a small 55+ community located in the heart of Royal Palm Beach. Constructed in the mid-80s, it is made up of 11 "4-plex" villa buildings. There are 88 homes in total. Buildings feature a lush contemporary design with plenty of green yard space, and all have attached garages. Units feature 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings, eat-in kitchens, dual bathroom sinks, spacious patios, and range from 1,772 to 2,024sqft. The community is managed by Village Walk Homeowners' Association, Inc., which provides cable and community maintenance. Amenities include a clubhouse, library, fitness center, pool, hot tub, and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. The association does not allow dogs, or leasing during the first two years of ownership. Trucks and motorcycles must be parked inside garages. No RVs or commercial/recreational vehicles are permitted. Royal Palm Beach is a peaceful refuge in comparison to the rest of South Florida - residents have access to a large network of nature preserves, outdoor venues, and equestrian activities. I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and Palm Beach International Airport are all nearby to the east, alongside upscale West Palm Beach (Palm Beach Outlets, City Place), and the quirky Downtown Lake Worth.
