Villa Del Trio

Villa Del Trio is a community of 224 triplexes.  Units range from 720 to 1,386 total square feet with one to three bedrooms. Built between 1974 and 1980, most homes feature CBS construction, but there are a few wood-framed structures in the neighborhood.  These triplexes don't have carports or garages, but most units do include a double driveway.  Most residences feature a private fenced-in backyard lending a level of privacy usually reserved for single-family homes.  There are many corporate owners in the neighborhood and most residents are renters.  Villa Del Trio is not governed by an HOA.  Located in Greenacres south of Lake Worth Rd off of Sherwood Forest Blvd.  Less than a mile from L.C. Swain Middle School and less than seven miles to the Lake Worth Municipal Beach.
