Valencia Shores is a gated 55 and over community of 1,143 single-family homes in West Lake Worth. This community is one of the largest in Palm Beach country, stretching over 450 meticulously landscaped acres. Homes were built between 2002 and 2008 with a contemporary Mediterranean design. The Valencia Shores Association allows two pets per household. There is no weight limit for dogs, but "aggressive breeds" are prohibited. HOA fees are $670 per month which covers landscaping, cable with 1 DVR, internet, alarm monitoring, a telephone line, the manned security gate, common areas, and recreational facilities. Leasing is permitted once per year for a minimum term of 210 days. Tenants must meet age requirements and be approved by the Association.
