The Acreage
The Acreage is a rapidly-growing unincorporated community north of Loxahatchee Groves, and west of West Palm Beach. It is comprised of thousands of single family residences, with the vast majority sitting on 1.14 acre lots. It was originally built to house workers that were employed by nearby citrus groves. Today, it serves as a refuge for South Florida residents that desire a more rural, spacious lifestyle. It has begun to receive more residential investment in recent years, and is projected to continue flourishing in coming decades.
This page serves as a placeholder for available homes and vacant lots in the community. Please note that since the area is unincorporated, there are no governing HOAs. Restrictions listed under "Association Information" below are based on county ordinance. Domesticated animals are permitted so long as they are leashed or secured. It is also important to note that nearby shopping, dining, health care, and recreation is farther than the average South Florida residence. All locations listed under "Explore Nearby" may take up to 30 minutes to reach by car. However, this is sure to change as the area continues to grow and evolve.
