Spring Lake

Spring Lake is a small 55+ community made up of nearly 50 single family homes. Constructed in the 80s, homes range from 1,348 to 2,378sqft, and contain either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 or 2-car garages. Many homes feature updated floorplans, open yard space, waterfront views, and screened outdoor seating. The community is managed by Springlake II Homeowners Association, Inc. of Broward County, which prides itself on keeping association dues low. They provide a clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, lawn care, and new coats of exterior paint every 5-7 years. They also allow 2 pets, as long as they are under 20lbs each. Spring Lake is situated in western Tamarac, which offers peaceful refuge in comparison to other parts of South Florida. Residents have access to several golf courses, premier outdoor recreation at Tamarac Sports Complex and Sawgrass Trailhead, and outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mills. The Florida Turnpike is under 15 minutes away, and downtown Fort Lauderdale is under a half hour.
