Shore Club is a waterfront 55+ community located in North Palm Beach. Constructed in the late 60s, there are 132 homes in total, spread across three, 3-story condo buildings. Buildings contain elevators, shared laundry facilities, extra storage cages, but no outdoor walkways. Homes range from 712 to 1,078sqft, and feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and lovely screened balconies/lanais with canal or intercoastal views. The community is managed by Shore Club Condominium, Inc., which provides cable, parking, building maintenance/insurance, and amenities including a clubhouse, pool, and shuffleboard. It features a common dock for watercraft up to 30 feet in length, with no fixed bridges between resident boaters and the ocean. Boat slips are not controlled by the association - slip transfers are private transactions set between buyers and sellers. The association does not allow pets, and only allows one vehicle per unit. Shore Club is a little over 3 miles from public beach access, and the expansive MacArthur Beach State Park. Nearby to the north and west are the full range of shopping necessities including The Gardens Mall, and residents are only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.   Â
