Sea Tower is a waterfront 55+ condo building north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Constructed in 1958, this 11-story high-rise tower was designed in a unique "C" shape, so that each of its 83 homes are able to capture a direct view of the ocean. Residents enjoy the serenity of the ocean and nearby Vista Park, with easy access to posh shopping and nightlife on Las Olas Boulevard and Wilton Drive. Units range from 769sqft 1-bedroom apartments, to 3,000sqft 4-bedroom penthouses. Most units have been updated, featuring open floorplans and spacious 22ft balconies. The building is managed by The Sea Tower Apartments, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, laundry facilities, extra storage cages, and one assigned parking space (second spaces are assigned by availability). The association does not allow pets or non-passenger vehicles, and places a 3 month minimum on leases. Sea Tower is conveniently located near Oakland Park Blvd, which provides quick access to the mainland. I-95 is under 5 miles away, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is under 10 miles.
