Sea Haven
Sea Haven, otherwise known as Sea Haven GAV (Garden-Aire Village), is a beautiful waterfront 55+ community in Pompano Beach. It is made up of two 10-story condo buildings, which form a large semi-circle shape that protects the community from its hectic surroundings. Once inside the circle, residents find a serene garden overlooking the community marina and pool. Constructed in 1970, the buildings feature elevators, outdoor catwalks, shared laundry facilities, and extra storage lockers. There are 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans available, ranging from 710 to 980sqft. Many units have been updated with open floor plans and high impact glass, and all units feature screened Florida Rooms or balconies. The community is managed by Sea Haven Condominium Association, Inc., which provides maintenance of common areas, covered carport parking for one passenger vehicle, and access to all amenities including a fitness center, sauna, shuffleboard, pool, and more. There are non-mandatory additional costs associated with the marina, including to be on the wait list for a boat slip (see below under "Association Information" for more details). The association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first 24 months of ownership. Sea Haven is minutes from the beach, shopping at Pompano Citi Centre, and golf/tennis at Pompano Beach Municipal Golf Course. I-95 is 3 miles to the west, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 15 miles to the south.
