Royal Homestead Condo is a serene waterfront 55+ community in southeastern Juno Beach. Constructed in 1973, it is a contemporary condo building made up of 4 floors, with 36 homes in total. The building utilizes both elevators and outdoor walkways, and provides extra storage via outdoor closets. Residents have access to a clubhouse, heated pool, BBQ/picnic area, and best of all, private beach access. The community is bordered by a private golf course, a large lake, and the expansive Juno Dunes. Homes range from 1,725 to 1,996 square feet, and feature 2 to 3 bedrooms/bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and peaceful screened balconies/lanais with ocean or lush garden views. The community is managed by Royal Homestead Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, one covered carport space per unit, and more. The association does not allow pets of any kind, and restricts the types of vehicles permitted (see below). Guest parking is provided for visitors, and residents' second vehicles. Situated in southern Juno Beach, Royal Homestead Condo residents enjoy the peace of the surrounding nature fixtures, but still have quick access to South Florida excitement in nearby North Palm Beach. Both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are just over 5 miles away, and Palm Beach International Airport is just over a 20 minute drive.
