Buildings feature outdoor walkways, elevators, laundry facilities, extra storage cages, and one covered carport parking space per unit. Units range from 864 to 1,480sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and screened balconies/lanais with canal or intercoastal views. The community is managed by Ports O'Call Condominium Association, Inc., which prides itself on building one of the most active 55+ communities in North Palm Beach. There is a clubhouse, fitness center, and serene waterfront green space where residents gather for holiday events. The association also provides cable, maintenance, pest control, taxes/insurance coverage, and a common dock with boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis. Watercraft must be under 30 feet. The Association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first two years of ownership. Ports O Call is a little over 3 miles from public beach access, and the expansive MacArthur Beach State Park. Public golfing is available at North Palm Beach Country Club. Nearby to the north are the full range of shopping necessities including The Gardens Mall, and residents are only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
