It is an ideal option for boating enthusiasts and beach lovers - the community is across the canal from Deerfield Island Park, a series of hiking trails only accessible by boat. Constructed in the late 60s, it is made up of four 3-story condo buildings. The building utilizes outdoor walkways, elevators, and common laundry facilities. Units range from 746 to 1,136sqft, with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom floor plans available. Many units have been updated with bright, open concept designs, and high-impact windows/doors. The community is managed by Penthouse North Association, Inc. via Benchmark Property Management, Inc., which provides parking, maintenance, and a series of amenities including a pool, shuffleboard, clubhouse, BBQ area, and a common dock with space for 7 boats. The association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first two years of ownership. Boats must not exceed 36ft in length. Please note that only 1 vehicle is permitted. Owners may not use guest spaces for any additional vehicles. Penthouse North Condo also allows quick access to the mainland.
