Penn Grove

Penn Grove Sub is a small subdivision containing just ten single-family homes and two duplexes.  Most homes were constructed in the 1950s and 1960s, with ranch and mid-century modern architectural designs.  There is a mix of wood frame and CBS construction in the neighborhood.  Lot sizes range from 6,273 to 20,033.  There are quite a few parks in the neighborhood including John Prince Park with basketball, tennis, volleyball, softball, boat launching ramps, nature trails, bike paths, picnic pavilions, and playgrounds.
