Parrot Cove

Parrot Cove is an eclectic neighborhood in East Lake Worth with an Old Florida charm.  There is a voluntary HOA that is $30 per year.  The HOA does not impose restrictions on residents, instead, it is in place to organize fundraisers and create a greater sense of community.  There is a mix of townhomes and single-family houses in the neighborhood.  Some wood-framed homes date back to the 1920s, but most are Mid-Century Modern design with CBS construction.  Some homes offer Intracoastal and golf course views. Prime location near the beach and downtown! Find Parrot Cove north of Lucerne, east off of Federal Highway, south of 10th Ave, and west of the Intracoastal. (MAP)
