Park Plaza
Park Plaza is a small 55+ community located in eastern Jupiter that aims to offer cozy and affordable beachfront lifestyles. Constructed in 1973, it is made up of three 2-story condo buildings. There are 50 homes in total. Buildings utilize outdoor entryways instead of elevators, and common laundry facilities. Homes range from 736 to 1,052sqft, and feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, large screened balconies/patios, and walk-in closets. The community is managed by Park Plaza Condominium Association, Inc., which is non-profit and self-managed. They provide cable, building insurance, lawn care, building maintenance, and more (see below). Amenities include a heated pool, a BBQ/picnic area, and an active clubhouse which hosts frequent events and gatherings. The association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first year of ownership. One assigned parking space is provided, and additional parking is available for $25/month. Jupiter is growing rapidly, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options available. Residents also have access to pristine nature at hubs such as Blowing Rocks Preserve and Jupiter Beach Park, and public beach access in less than a mile away. For commuting, both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are just over 5 miles to the west.
