Palm Lake Estates

Palm Lake Estates is a gated, 55+ community made up of roughly 925 stationary mobile homes. Construction began in 1970, and homes are available on a re-sale, or new-construction basis. The community was officially established as a co-op in 1985. A co-op is a unique type of governing association that has some significant differences from an HOA. Some feature attached garages or carports and in-unit laundry. The Palm Lake Estates Co-op is dedicated to cultivating a fun and safe community - all entrances are gated, there is a roaming nighttime patrol, and also a full range of amenities including 3 clubhouses, multiple pools and spas, cable, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and more. The co-op allows up to two pets, and provides mid-to-long term storage for boats and recreational vehicles for a yearly fee.
