Palm Beach Villas II is a subdivision of 453 duplex villas and single-family homes. These residences were built between 1975 and 1979 with Ranch and Mid-Century Modern architectural designs.  Total square footage ranges from 828 to 2,870.  Select homes offer tranquil lake views and/or private pools.  Most homes offer driveway parking, but there are some with a carport or garage.  Palm Beach Villas 2 is not governed by an HOA.   Convenient Greenacres location off of Melaleuca Ln just west of Military Trail.  Walkable to Gladiator Park with a playground, basketball courts, and picnic areas.  Located less than a mile from Heritage Elementary School and Tradewinds Middle School.
