Old Port Cove Towers is a waterfront 55+ residence within the Old Port Cove community. It is made up of two identical high-rise condo buildings. Each building is 22 stories and contains 86 homes, with 172 units in total. Homes range from 1,562 to 2,478sqft, and floorplans feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, split master suites with dual sinks and walk-in closets, dens and dining rooms, and in-unit laundry/storage. The highlight of each unit is a large wrap-around balcony with panoramic views of the Intercoastal Waterway, MacArthur Beach State Park, upscale marinas, and downtown West Palm Beach. The community is managed by Old Port Cove Towers Condominium Association, which provides cable, covered parking for one vehicle, building maintenance, and more (see below). Amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, waterfront walking paths, sauna, clubhouse rooms, and fitness center. The Association does not allow pets or non-passenger vehicles (trucks included). Lake Point Tower offers luxury boating via Safe Harbor Marina. Boat slips are open to the public, and slip fees are not included in association dues. Residents also have access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, Palm Beach International Airport, public country club golfing at North Palm Beach Country Club, and a wide variety of upscale shopping and restaurants.
