Normandy Isles is a gated community within the Olive Tree subdivision in Greenacres. This all-age, pet-friendly community has very low HOA fees that are approx. $53 per month. The monthly dues cover the manned security gate and common areas. Homes feature spacious 1,762 to 4,149 square foot floorplans, two to five bedrooms, and an attached garage. Lot sizes vary widely in the neighborhood with some homes on lots that are just over 5,000 square feet and other residences situated on expansive lots over 11,000 square feet. Normandy Isles is centrally located off of Jog Rd within walking distance to Cholee Lake Elementary School.  Residents enjoy proximity to Okeeheelee Park with a 27 hole championship golf course, an equestrian center, a dog park, a nature center, lakes with water skiing lanes, and beautiful walking trails.
