Normandy is a small community of just 29 single-family homes with no HOA.  The vast majority of the homes in the subdivision were built from 1978 to 1981 with a Ranch architectural design.  Homes range in size between 1,085 to 2,000 square feet. Most lots are 5,345 square feet, but a few homes are situated on larger 7,000+ square foot lots. Carports and garages are rare in Normandy, but residents have plenty of parking with long driveways marked by expansive front yards.  This is an affordable neighborhood with prices in the $200,000s.  Located in Lake Worth near Military Trail and Lake Worth Rd with easy access to major freeways, shopping, and golf courses.  Near a wide variety of restaurants, including Tacos Al Carbon, a local favorite.
