Lands End Condo

Lands End Condo is a waterfront 55+ community located in North Palm Beach. Constructed in 1970, it is comprised of 78 condos inside a six-story complex. The building features outdoor catwalks, elevators, shared laundry facilities, and extra storage cages. Homes range from 1,323 to 1,476sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large screened balconies with gorgeous intercoastal views. The community is managed by Lands End Condominium Assn., Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, pest control, real estate tax/insurance coverage, and a range of amenities including a pool, clubhouse, and shuffleboard courts. The association does not allow pets, or more than two vehicles per unit. See below for full vehicle restrictions. Lands End Condo does not offer its own boating dock, but is near North Palm Beach Marina and golfers have easy access to public golf at North Palm Beach Country Club. It is a little over 3 miles from public beach access, and the expansive MacArthur Beach State Park. Nearby to the north are the full range of shopping necessities including The Gardens Mall, and residents are only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
