Jupiter River Park Condo

Jupiter River Park Condo is a 55+ community alongside the Jupiter River, made up of 133 mobile homes. Construction began in 1966 and continues to present day. Residents enjoy boat watching, and stunning views of the historic Jupiter Lighthouse. Homes range from 1,001 to 2,973sqft, and feature 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and attached garage, carport, or driveway space. For units without laundry hookups, common laundry facilities are provided. The community is managed by Jupiter River Park Inc. via Harbor Management of South Florida, Inc., which provides cable, a clubhouse, and shuffleboard courts. The association allows two pets of any size, and is relatively flexible on vehicle restrictions compared to most 55+ communities, so it is great for outdoor lovers. The community features RV parking and and 42 wet docks for rent upon availability. Watercraft must be under 36ft. Ocean access is available, although there are fixed bridges which must be navigated. Jupiter itself is a quickly-growing hub in South Florida, with numerous options in the way of restaurants, nature, and outdoor recreation. Jupiter Beach Park, Blowing Rocks Preserve, and public beach access are all right down the road. For commuting, both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike are a few miles to the west.
