International Club Condo
International Club Condo is a 55+ community located within the Villages of Oriole. It is made up of 8 two-story condo buildings - four with 8 units, and four with 16 units. Constructed in the mid-80s, there are 104 units in total. Buildings feature outdoor walkways, and do not contain elevators. Units feature glass porches, walk-in closets, and in-unit laundry. The community is managed by International Club at Villages of Oriole Association, Inc, which provides security, maintains the community's appearance and upkeep, and offers a heated outdoor pool. Additionally, dues include a full membership to the Huntington Lakes club and its full range of amenities. The association does not allow pets, and leasing is not permitted during the first two years of ownership. One assigned parking space is provided, and specific vehicle restrictions are listed below under Association Information. International Club Condo offers a range of transportation options - there is a bus stop at the entrance and all Villages of Oriole residents receive free shuttle service. It is situated in western Delray Beach, near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems. Around the corner is the newly-constructed Delray Marketplace, and all the excitement of Downtown Delray is mere miles down the road.
