Hypoluxo Harbor Club
Hypoluxo Harbor Club is a waterfront co-op of 63 mobile homes, located on the Intercoastal Waterway. Established in 1960, it offers affordable housing for 55+ residents that wish to live among upscale marinas and thrilling South Florida entertainment. Homes range from 440 to 1,568sqft, with a broad range of floorplans available. All feature driveway space for at least one vehicle, and most feature some sort of screened outdoor seating. The community is managed by the Hypoluxo Harbor Club Co-op, which provides basic community infrastructure (water, sewer, trash removal), recreational facilities, some small private docks, and parking accommodations for small boats and RVs. The association does not allow commercial vehicles, and some restrictions are placed on pet ownership and leasing. Despite being on the water, residents also have quick access to inland as well. Boynton Beach Mall and Downtown Lake Worth are both a reasonable driving distance. For commuting, residents are under 5 miles from both I-95 and the Tri-Rail, and under 12 miles from Palm Beach International Airport.
