The building is managed by Huntington Towers Association, Inc., which provides covered parking for two vehicles, security, and allows small pets (with approval). Leasing is not permitted during the first two years of ownership. Dues also include a full membership to the nearby Huntington Lakes club and all of its amenities. All communities within the Village of Oriole offer public bus stops, and a free shuttle service. It is also near the Florida Turnpike, I-95, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems.
