1980 Hovianna XII is an adorable all-age micro condo community located in east Lake Worth Beach FL.  There are only 10 units within the 2 story building, each with 1-2 bedrooms, 1 bath, with total square footage ranging from 500 to 1,016.  Many dwellings have been meticulously cared for, some updated, each with a quaint covered spot outside the door for a couple of chairs to cozy up.  Additionally, there is a little common tropical garden area for refreshing all-year-round outdoor lounging.  Residents appreciate the terrific location, close by unique dining options like the Delicias Cuban Bakery, boutique shops like Bali Importers, interesting art exhibits at the Benzaiten Center for Creative Arts, a day at the beach next to Lake Worth Casino Building and Beach Complex, and so much more!
