High Point I & II of Delray West is a 55+ community made up of roughly 700 attached villa units. The community was constructed in the early-80s, and each building contains 4 units. The villas sit on large lots containing plenty of green space, and are a classic ranch style. Units feature open floor plans, walk-in closets, roll-down awnings, and sidewalks. Units do not contain laundry appliances, but facilities are attached to each building. The community is split into two sections, each with its own separate association and clubhouse situated on a beautiful lake. The associations provides lawn, building, and roof maintenance, cable, water, and trash removal. Additionally, residents enjoy a range of amenities including pools, tennis/pickleball courts, exercise rooms, BBQ/picnic areas, and more. The association does not allow pets, commercial vehicles, RVs, motorcycles, or leasing in the first two years of ownership.
