Harbour Towers

Harbour Towers is a 55+ community in North Palm Beach, located in a 4-story condo building. Constructed in 1969, there are 10 units per floor, with 40 homes in total. Homes are approximately 1,150sqft, and feature open floor plans, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large balconies. The building is maintained by Harbour Towers Condominium Association of North Palm Beach, Inc., which provides cable, building maintenance, one covered parking space, extra storage, laundry facilities, pest control, and a pool/picnic area. The Association only allows small birds and fish, and no more than 4 residents per unit. 2 vehicles are permitted, but one must utilize uncovered guest parking. The community does not offer its own marina, but is across the street from North Palm Beach Marina and a public golf course at North Palm Beach Country Club. It is a little over 3 miles from public beach access, and the expansive MacArthur Beach State Park. Nearby to the north are the full range of shopping necessities including The Gardens Mall, and residents are only a few miles from both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
