Harbor Village
Harbor Village is an all-ages waterfront community within Old Port Cove in North Palm Beach. Old Port Cove sits on a small peninsula overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway and downtown West Palm Beach. Constructed in the late 70s to early 80s, it is comprised of 12 four-story condo buildings, with 94 homes in total. Buildings feature outdoor walkways, elevators, and one covered parking space (guest parking available). Units range from 2,379 to 3,349sqft, and feature 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 to 6 bathrooms, dens and dining rooms, and split master suites with dual sinks and walk-in closets. Most units feature wet bars, in-unit laundry/storage, and sprawling water views from residents' terraces and screened porches. 4th floor units feature vaulted ceilings with additional loft space. The community is managed by Harbor Village Condominium Association, Inc., which provides on-site management via Capital Realty Advisors, Inc. The association provides cable, maintenance, security, and more (see below). Amenities include a pool, spa, BBQ/picnic area, waterfront walking paths, a clubhouse/community room, and a private marina with no fixed bridges to the ocean. The association allows one small dog, cat, or bird, and allows fish in tanks. Additional luxury boating is available via Safe Harbor Marina. Safe Harbor boat slips are open to the public, and slip fees are not included in association dues. Residents also have access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, Palm Beach International Airport, public country club golfing at North Palm Beach Country Club, and a wide variety of upscale shopping and restaurants.
