Harbor Club Co-op is an intimate, gated 55+ co-op nestled into the New River Sound on the Intercoastal Waterway. It offers serene boat watching from its private lawn and heated pool, while being across the street from one of the widest beaches in Ford Lauderdale. Constructed in the late 50s, it is a "C"-shape of 2 or 3 story condo buildings, with only 20 units in total. Buildings utilize elevators, outdoor entryways, and common laundry facilities.
