It sits across the street from Gulfstream Park, a major hub for shopping, dining, gambling, and racing. Constructed in the early 70s, it is made up of 408 condos across 4 buildings. They utilize exterior walkways, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. The buildings form a square, surrounding the community clubhouse, pool, and shuffleboard courts. Units range from 770 to 1,700sqft, with 1 to 3 bedroom floor plans available. Most units have been updated with impact glass, open concept kitchens, and all units feature a breezy screened patio. The community is managed by 4 separate condominium associations (see below under "Association Information" for contact info, and any differences in restrictions). All units provide one assigned parking space, with NO additional parking available for a second vehicle. Only passenger vehicles are permitted. Most of the units do not allow pets, but one of the buildings permits a cat, birds, or small fish. At Gulfstream Gardens, the rest of South Florida is easily accessible - Hallandale Beach is located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. I-95 and the Tri-Rail train system are within 3 miles, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 6.5 miles.
