Grove Isle is an HOA active adult 55 and over community in west Boynton Beach FL. This lakeside community was created between 1997 and 1998, and the 125 homes have 3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and a 1-3 car garage. Two pets up to 30 pounds are allowed. Residences do not have fenced-in yards, but many feature screen-enclosed patios overlooking a serene lake view. Security is included in the monthly association dues. There is a manned community gate, as well as individual burglar systems in each dwelling. Residents enjoy numerous amenities such as a recently renovated clubhouse, a large swimming pool, and sidewalks with street lights for biking, walking, and jogging.
