Greenway Village South is a 55+ community made up of multi-unit condo buildings and a clubhouse. Constructed in the early 70s, there are 26 buildings, with 330 units in total. Building feature outdoor walkways, laundry facilities, extra storage space, and one assigned parking space per unit. Homes range from 600 to 1,088 square feet, and feature 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, and screened patios. The community is split into 4 sections, each with its own association and satellite pool. In the center, there is a main clubhouse containing a fitness center, sauna, community room, billiards, and shuffleboard. The association does not allow pets, or leasing during the first year of ownership. Motorcycles, trucks, commercial vehicles, and recreational vehicles are prohibited. Greenway Village South sits across from Royal Palm Beach Commons, a large outdoor park complete with clubhouse, golf training center, volleyball courts, and more. The Florida Turnpike, I-95, and Palm Beach International Airport are all nearby to the east, alongside upscale West Palm Beach (Palm Beach Outlets, City Place), and the quirky Downtown Lake Worth.
