Greenway Village North
Greenway Village North is a 55+ community located in the heart of Royal Palm Beach. It is made up of two distinct sections, each with its own unique building style and separate association. Section 1 is on the south side, and is made up of 79 units split between single-story attached villas, and two-story condo buildings. Detached carport parking is provided. Section 2 is on the north side, and is made up of 96 units across 12 two-story buildings. Buildings are a unique contemporary style with large enclosed atrium space, shared courtyard space, and one uncovered parking space. Both sections provide laundry facilities, extra storage cages, and additional vehicle parking in overflow lots. All two-story buildings use outdoor walkways and no elevators. Both sections enjoy the same amenities: a shared clubhouse, pool, billiards, shuffleboard, and jogging paths that cross a large open green space in the center of the community. Most importantly, Section 1 does not allow pets, and Section 2 does allow motorcycles, as long as they are quiet. Greenway Village North sits across from Royal Palm Beach Commons, a large outdoor park complete with clubhouse, golf training center, volleyball courts, and more. The community is near the Florida Turnpike, and Palm Beach County International Airport. To the east is upscale shopping and dining in West Palm Beach (Palm Beach Outlets, City Place), and to the southeast is the quirky artist community of Downtown Lake Worth.
