Gardens of Deerfield is a 55+ community of condo buildings in eastern Deerfield Beach. Constructed in the early 70s, it is made up of 3 separate Condominium Associations (Hamptons, North, and South). Each building is 4 stories, and in the shape of the letter "U". Each building utilizes outdoor catwalks, elevators, and shared laundry facilities. There are 270 condos in total, which range from 800 to 1,075sqft. There are 1 or 2 bedroom floor plans available, and each unit features a screened balcony overlooking the building's community lawn and pool. Most units have been updated with open floorplans and impact glass/doors. Each association operates separately, but shares a lot of similarities. They all provide cable, maintenance, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. Please note that each association has different restrictions regarding leasing and pets. See below under "Association Information" to learn more. The Gardens boasts easy access to major highways, health care, commuter routes, and best of all, is under 2 miles to the beach. Local hubs for shopping and entertainment include Mizner Park, and Pompano Citi Centre.
