Fairways is a series of 55+ co-ops in the heart of Hallandale Beach. Residents boast walking distance from shopping, entertainment, gambling, and racing at hubs such as Aventura Mall and Gulfstream Park. Best of all, they are only 1.5 miles from the beach. Constructed in the late 60s, it is made up of 6 buildings, managed by 3 separate organizations. Each building contains 50 units across 5 stories. The buildings feature exterior catwalks, elevators, bike storage, and covered carport parking for 1 vehicle. Units range from 730 to 1,930sqft. All units except one are 1 or 2 bedrooms. They feature ample closet space, updated high-impact glass, screened balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom, and there are laundry facilities on each floor. Please note that the co-ops only accept cash offers. All buildings are pet-free, and only accommodate passenger vehicles. Leasing is permitted twice per year after the first 12 months of ownership. Monthly association dues cover maintenance, land lease, and access to the community pools, shuffleboard, sauna, and more. Fairways residents also have easy access to the remainder of South Florida - Hallandale Beach is near both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The Tri-Rail train system, I-95, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport are all within a few miles.
