Emory Villas is a 55+ community located within the Cresthaven neighborhood. Consisting of 75% seasonal residents, it is comprised of 7 clusters of attached villa buildings, with 492 homes in total. Each cluster elects a representative to sit on the board of the Emory Master Association. Units range from 612 to 895 square feet, and feature 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, shared yard space, assigned parking, and screened patios. Laundry facilities are available. The association only allows caged birds or fish in tanks, and does not allow leasing during the first year of ownership. Commercial and recreational vehicles are prohibited. The community is centered around an active clubhouse and auditorium - its Activity Committees sponsor numerous social and sporting events year round. Other amenities include a fitness center, heated pool, shuffleboard, bocce, and petanque. Sidewalks are provided throughout the community as well. Emory Villas are near I-95, the Florida Turnpike, the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems, and Palm Beach International Airport. Situated on the southern border of upscale West Palm Beach, residents have access to a broad range of entertainment in the quirky, artistic Downtown Lake Worth as well.
