Emerald Pointe a gated, 55+ community located in western Delray Beach. Constructed in the early 90s, it is comprised of single-story attached villas, and two-story condo buildings. There are 330 homes in total, and they are only available on a resale basis. Units range from 1,433 from 2,160sqft, and feature high, vaulted ceilings, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 2.5 bathrooms, Florida rooms, large master bedroom suites, and eat-in kitchens. The community is managed by Emerald Pointe Community Association, which provides cable, maintenance, security, and a full range of amenities including a resort-style pool, spa, fitness center, and spa. Located in western Delray Beach, Emerald Pointe is conveniently located near the Florida Turnpike, and posh shopping at Delray Marketplace. A few miles to the east, residents enjoy the city's thriving downtown and sunny beaches.
