Dahl Park is a small neighborhood of 14 single-family homes in Greenacres with no HOA. Homes were built between 1950 and 1997 with ranch and mid-century modern architectural designs.  Floorplans offer 1,465 to 2,452 square feet with two to four bedrooms.  The community is characterized by large lots ranging from 10,212 to 21,146 square feet.  Homes rarely come available in this centrally located neighborhood located off of Lake Worth Road just east of Haverhill Road.  There are a number of parks in the surrounding area and residents can walk to Empire Park in less than ten minutes.
