Coral Ridge Towers is a 55+ community of 4 waterfront high-rise buildings. Constructed throughout the 60s, it now operates as a co-op. Facing the Intercoastal Waterway, residents enjoy spending time swimming and boat-watching on the large sunning patio. Buildings are 17 stories, and provide shared laundry facilities and extra storage lockers. There are 1,340 homes in total, ranging from 450sqft 1 bedroom efficiencies, to 1,400sqft 3 bedroom apartments. Most homes have been updated with open floorplans and high-impact glass, and feature breezy balconies with stunning views. Each of the 4 buildings has its own managing association - see below under "Association Information" for links to each association's website and contact information. Monthly dues include cable, maintenance, security, and a range of amenities including pools, shuffleboard, fitness rooms, regularly scheduled social events, and much more. Please note that association dues do not include real estate tax, which the association also collects monthly. Coral Ridge Towers is a no pet community, and places a limit on two vehicles per unit. It is conveniently located near Oakland Park Blvd, which provides quick access to the mainland. Once across the bridge, residents have easy access to an endless supply of South Florida excitement. Examples include shopping and nightlife on Las Olas Boulevard and Wilton Drive. I-95 is under 5 miles away, and Fort Lauderdale International Airport is under 10 miles.
