Century Village Boca Raton
Century Village Boca Raton is a large gated 55+ community situated in western Boca Raton. Established in the late 70s, its aim is to function as a full-service city within itself, and its impressive range of amenities support that. It is made up of one hundred and five 3- or 4-story condo buildings surrounding a series of lakes and ponds. All buildings are equipped with elevators, laundry facilities on each floor, and parking spaces for 2 vehicles (1 assigned, 1 guest). Units range from 601 to 1,387sqft, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and 1/1.5/2 bathrooms.
Century Village of Boca Raton is managed by 16 separate condominium associations, which can be seen on this map. A portion of residents' dues go towards their association for building maintenance, insurance, finance, landscaping, and janitorial services. The rest goes to the Master Association: Century of Boca Raton Umbrella Association. This payment covers broader community maintenance, security, bus service, administrative services, and amenities. Dues range from approximately $450 to $550 a month. All of Century Village is pet-free and has the same vehicle restrictions, but each association has different leasing policies (see below for more detailed information).
The community is centered around its massive clubhouse and full range of social, athletic, and entertainment services. Residents can participate in a spectrum of specialty clubs or classes, attend weekly dances in the large party room or a play at the live theater. Residents have easy access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike, and the Tri-Rail/Brightline train systems. A few miles to the east is an endless supply of renowned South Florida excitement at hubs such as Mizner Park and Town Center of Boca Raton.
