Carlton House

Carlton House is a waterfront 55+ community in Highland Beach. Constructed in 1964, it is a four-story condo building containing 32 total homes. It sits on a large green lawn which overlooks the community pool, and gives stunning ocean views. The building utilizes outdoor walkways and elevators, offers extra storage lockers, and provides one assigned parking space per unit. Please note that guest parking is highly limited, so a second vehicle is not viable. Units range from 1,013 to 1,504sqft, and feature 1 or 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms, laundry machines, impact glass, and oceanfront balconies. The community is managed by Carlton House Condominium Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, building insurance, private pool, beach access, and more (see below). The association does not allow pets nor leasing. Situated in between Delray Beach and Boca Raton, residents have access to premier range of South Florida excitement at hubs such as Downtown Delray, Mizner Park, and of course, miles of sunny beaches.
