Step into the timeless old Florida seaside vibes at Briny Breezes, a waterfront, all-age, co-op micro-city community featuring 512 manufactured homes crafted from 1954 to 2019. Nestled on a portion of barrier land between the Intracoastal and Ocean, Briny Breezes mobile homes offer 1-3 bedrooms, 1-2 baths, with total square footage ranging from 340 to 7,866. According to the Briny Breezes website, "as a resident of Briny, you are also a member of a large sharing and caring family whose congeniality is supported by a welcoming committee for new Briny-ites. The harmony and companionship of the people - that is the real Briny story." The community, considered an official town, provides residents an outlet to satisfy a wide variety of interests. There are over 20 clubs and activities, including the Briny Bugle newspaper and BBC-8, an entertainment and news station specifically for Briny-ites, with morning broadcasts Monday through Friday.
This phenomenal location offers residents countless conveniences outside of the co-op. Established in 1968, Nomad Surf Shop, a locally owned, family ran, specialty boutique store that also offers surf lessons, is walking distance from Briny. Fresh local produce is easily accessible at terrific farmer's markets close by such as Woolbright Farmers Market. There are awesome brunch and happy hours close by at places like Baciami Italiano. It is a short drive to downtown Boynton Beach is around the corner, and it's a short drive to Lake Worth and Delray Beach, offering nightlife, theater, comedy, and a plethora of events. Pets are only allowed in the pet sections, one pet per resident.

No leasing July through September, a fully executed lease must be a minimum of 2-month, and a maximum of 9 months, check out the rules and regulations for a complete list of restrictions.

There are some vehicle restrictions - the following are all allowed: personal automobile, SUV, golf cart (with some rules), pickup truck, van | No other trucks, RVs, boats, boat trailers, luggage trailers, or motor homes are allowed.

Used mobile homes can only be moved onto lots with full approval from the board.
