Boundbrook is a 55+ community located in southern West Palm Beach. It is made up of ten clusters of 1 or 2-story multi-unit condo buildings. Constructed in 1970, there are 220 homes in total. Buildings feature sidewalks and streetlights, and some feature outdoor walkways, but they do not contain elevators. Units range from 640 to 1,247 sqft, contain 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and often feature screened balconies, vaulted ceilings, and in-unit laundry. Common laundry facilities are available as well. The community is managed by Boundbrook Condominium Association, Inc. which makes sure the neighborhood's appearance and upkeep is up to date, and provides a range of amenities including a pool, clubhouse, shuffleboard, BBQ area, and more. The association allows indoor cats and small caged rodents/birds, but no dogs. They provide one assigned parking space per unit, don't allow commercial or recreational vehicles, or leasing during the first two years of ownership. Boundbrook sits on the border of West Palm Beach and Lake Worth, which allow residents to enjoy two different lifestyles - fast-paced South Florida nightlife is alive and well in West Palm and places like Clematis Street, whereas Downtown Lake Worth is a more relaxed hub for local artists and quirky attractions. Residents are also near the Palm Beach airport, and only 2 miles from I-95.
