Blair House

Blair House is a 55+ condo building in Tequesta, just north of Jupiter. Constructed in 1964, it contains 36 homes across two floors. The building utilizes outdoor walkways and shared laundry facilities (open 'til 9pm), but does not contain elevators. Homes range from 717 to 869sqft, and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, impact glass windows, and screened balconies overlooking the community's large pool. The building is managed by the Blair House Association, Inc., which provides cable, maintenance, and a picnic area and shuffleboard courts next to the pool. The association does not allow pets, and places restrictions on non-passenger vehicles. One assigned parking space is provided, with guest parking available. Tequesta is on the very northern cusp of Palm Beach County, which nestles it among beautiful nature preserves, and outdoor recreation (Jonathan Dickenson State Park, Jupiter Beach Park). About 10 miles to the south, residents can immerse themselves in bustling South Florida shopping, dining, and entertainment. 5 miles to the west are both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
