Blackwell Park

Blackwell Park is a non-HOA Intracoastal community in Lake Worth FL.  There are 23 luxury homes, each with 2-6 bedrooms, 1-5.5 baths, and total square footage ranging between 1,588 and 5,044.  The oldest homes date back to the early 1920s, the most recent builds, the late 1990s.  Older homes are beautifully updated, while the more recent builds have been maintained with care.  A dozen or so of the homes flaunt private pools and enormous exterior sanctuaries for all-year outdoor Florida living.  A few of the larger homes are directly on the water, with boat docks, and out of this world sunset and sunrise colors over the Intracoastal.  Since there is no governing association, the community allows pets, leasing, and few, if any, restrictions.  Find Blackwell Park on the Intracoastal, north of Lantana Rd, on the east side of Federal Highway, and south of Lake Worth Rd.
