Bermuda Club is a 55+ community made up of 27 three-story condo buildings constructed around a series of lakes. Constructed in the early 70s, there are 972 units in total. Residents enjoy gathering at the active clubhouse for a round of tennis, vigorous workout, a morning swim, and much more. Buildings feature outdoor catwalks, elevators, shared laundry facilities, extra storage lockers, and assigned parking for one vehicle (visitor parking for second vehicle available) There are three floorplans available, which feature 1br/1br or 2br/2br, eat-in kitchens, dining/living areas, and Florida Rooms with garden or waterfront views. The community is managed by nine separate condominium associations, which each elect representatives to the master association: Bermuda Club Management Council, Inc. Only small fish and birds are allowed, and most non-passenger vehicles are prohibited. Residents have easy access to numerous golf courses, outlet shopping at Sawgrass Mall, and are roughly 25 minutes from the beach.
